Bill H.R. 347 actively allows the government to shelter and cower from the peaceful assembly of its citizen petitions and protestations allowing the imprisonment of any citizen for 10 years who wished to picket in front of the White House or any other official building. Worse its allowance of Secret Service to declare areas restricted grants the potential for it to be used aggressively for the purposeful silencing of those citizens wishing to air their grievances. For these reasons it is in violation of the First Amendment and is therefore unconstitutional and we the American citizens demand for its immediate repeal.
