Repeal the bill set forth by George W. Bush known as Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.

To repeal the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA) that former President George W. Bush enacted. This bill has only harmed the vast majority of Americans that have been abused by a predatory financial industry.
