The Blue Law was applied for religious practices on Sunday, assuming people should be in church during the morning hours. This prohibited the sale of alcohol starting 4am Sunday which prohibited the consumption or purchase of alcohol on premises and off premises. "Premises" may include Diners, Bars, Supermarkets, and Grocery Stores. However, this Law applies to non-religious citizens as well; the problem. If I'm an atheist, why can't I have a Bloody Mary with my eggs? Lets get rid of this dusty old "law." Booze!
