Repeal the Boy Scouts of America Act.

Created by A.J. on November 28, 2012

As part of the No Child Left Behind Act, schools that receive federal funding may not deny equal access or a fair opportunity to meet to, or discriminate against the Boy Scouts of America. In other words, school principals are federally mandated to allow the BSA into their schools even though the BSA discriminates against non-christians and homosexuals. The Boy Scouts of America Equal Rights Act (as it is ironically called) should be repealed.
