The overwhelming majority of Americans support the use of Cannabis for medical uses (>80%), and 56% of Americans support full legalization. The President has asserted that his 'hands are tied' by congressional law, but the President can reverse the Cannabis prohibition by issuing an Executive Order (this notion was confirmed by Eric Holder).
We the People ask that:
1: The President issue an executive order to nullify the Cannabis Prohibition.
2: The President personally responds to this petition.
