Criminals in this country have easy access to military grade firearms. Especially those who operate at the border and work for the drug cartels most of them outfitted by the BATFE as we found out in the recent "Fast and Furious" scandal.
We the people petition the United States Government to repeal the NFA act and abolish the BATFE. Stop allowing our government to put weapons in the hands of people who commit crimes on U.S. Law Enforcement Officials such as the killing of Agent Brian Terry. Also through repealing the NFA act American citizens will have legal access to the same military grade fire arms that criminals have illegal access to on the street. In the name of self defense allow the average american citizen to defend his house with the same weapons criminals could use against him
