This unconstitutional Law has not proven to be very effective in combatting the Drug Problem. Instead, it has caused more problems for the Innocent and cost the Taxpayers a lot of Dollars which could have been spent more wisely.
Its time to put it where it should have gone years ago -- in the Trash. Lets do something positive for a change.
