repeal the concurrent jurisdiction of the federal government in Public Law 83-280

repeal the concurrent federal jurisdiction in Public Law 83-280. In the wake of the September 11th attacks, as well as the current suppression against Native American and other peoples, we expect that the U.S. government represent all citizens with liberty instead of injustice. In that, it is unnecessary for felonies on Native American lands be brought up to US courts: especially in the events of civil wars.
