Repeal Congress ablitites to vote on there own medical insurances, raises, retirement benefits, and other entitlements.

We the People of the Unites States Of America would like to repeal Congressional abilities to vote on their own medical insurances, raises, retirement benefits, and other entitlements. We the People of the United States Of America feel that we should have a vote to start a new benefit package for all branches of Federal, State, and City Office. We would then like to vote by ballot every time Congress proposes a change to alter the benefit package passed by the American People. We the American People employ each representative and as their employer, we would like to decide how our money is spent.
