Repeal the Controlled Substances Act, abolish the Drug Enforcement Agency, and repeal all existing federal drug laws.

Created by A.D. on January 20, 2013

It is time to end the federal war on drugs. It is an endless money pit that at the current time has spent about 845 million dollars this year! 845 million dollars in 20 days! The prohibition of drugs in America allows for organized drug cartels in Mexico to have business. The cartels will always be in power because America's hunger for drugs will NEVER end. With our current government debt why should the tax payers pay for drug enforcement that will NEVER end personal drug use. Drug enforcement is a regulation that needs to be under the state level. Different states have different views on drug regulations. Besides, the government doesn't have the authority to tell free American citizens what substance they can't put in their body. It's a citizen's right to their body and well-being.
