Repeal the Controlled Substances Act as a violation of Amendment 10

The Controlled Substances Act is an egregious violation of Amendment 10, and, as such, is null and void. In order to pass Prohibition of Alcohol, the Constitution had to be Amended. No such amendment has been passed to authorize the Controlled Substances Act. As such, Amendment 10 demands it's immediate and retroactive revocation with every single finding of probable cause and every single conviction from the Controlled Substances Act being overturned, retroactively. Furthermore, everyone unjustly incarcerated under Controlled Substances Act should be compensated for their unlawful abduction and detainment.
