repeal the criminal background check, it hurts ex-felons trying to move forward with their life by trying to get a job

I would like to see criminal background checks for jobs removed, its difficult enough for an ex-felon that want to get a job and then have to go through the background check only to be turned down just because they have a felony conviction, its being punished again just because your an ex felon
