We the people request that Obama repeal his decision to sign the Small Arms Treaty with the UN for the following reasons:
It is unconstitutional. The constitution sates that ALL citizens have the right to bear arms.
Studies within the US and other countries consistently show that more gun control actually equals more crime.
Criminals and terrorists will ALWAYS have guns. More gun control simply limits law abiding citizens from obtaining them.
According to the US Department of justice 3/5 of felons polled agreed that "a criminal is not going to mess around with a victim he knows is armed with a gun."
