The Defense of Marriage act or DOMA is an unconstitutional act that essentially tells the citizens of same sex marriages that they are like second class citizens.
It is up to the Obama administration to repeal this clearly unconstitutional act for all people of different sexual orientation and to finally legalize same sex marriage nationwide.
