Repeal defense of marriage acts, the legalization and Federal recognition of all forms of marriage, current and future.

We the below signed agree that although not implicitly stated as being as such that the wording of The Declaration of Independence does include the implied allowance of such actions as it does contain the verbage :
"all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Being able to marry the one that a person has chosen to seems to be part of the pursuit of happiness section of those above mentioned unalienable rights. As this is quoted from a document forming this nation any action or law prohibiting said actions should be considered unlawful and repealed forthwith. In short, let anyone marry anyone they want to and recognize their marriages as of the signing of this petition.
