It is time to see real reform on Digital Rights Management which is fair for both the Rights Holders and End Users alike. The current laws on the books; e.g. PUBLIC LAW 105–304—OCT. 28, 1998 which was designed to bring DRM laws into the digital age, now seem stuck in the Dial-up age. This giving pirates even more incentive to steal protected digital goods using torrents which lead to even more piracy and higher prices for honest consumers.
