Repeal disarmament of Military personnel on US Military home bases.

Created by D.G. on April 03, 2014

With the recant mass shootings (mass shooting is defined as three of more people killed) on US military bases and installations (Ft. Hood twice, Norfolk Naval Station, Washington Navy Yard, and Quantico) in the last five years, I propose a repeal of the ban on military personnel (not engaged in police nor security duties) from carrying firearms while on base/ installation. Allow our service members to obtain a Concealed Carry License from their current locale and carry firearms both on and off their duty station. All other laws should be followed at all times by the service member (restrictions on ammunition capacity and locations where firearms are deemed unlawful).
