Repeal the DOT/EPA “25 Year Rule” Car Import Ban to 15-years and Allow the Importation of Non-conforming Cars and Trucks

Change the 25 yr rule to vehicles that are non conforming to 15 years. It would be a honor to the late Paul Walker to allow the vehicles he drove in the Fast and Furious series legal in the United States. One in specific would be the Skyline.
