This is a petition to "Repeal the DOT/EPA 25 Year Rule Car Import Ban to 15-years and Allow the Importation of Non-conforming Vehicles". I and many others feel that 25 years is too long for the importation of vehicles disclosing right hand drive, foreign emissions standards, and other various prohibited features.
