Repeal the DOT/EPA's "25 year rule on car importation and allow non conforming cars and trucks to imported.

The EPA/DOT's "25 year ban" on vehicle importation should be overturned and rewritten to 15 years due to vehicle technology is ever changing. This new rule would allow vehicles older than 15 years be imported into the United States with no modifications needed. The American People want this change because the rule written in 1988 is senseless and outdated vehicles from other countries today don't differ significantly from the U.S.
