The Dream Act does nothing to discourage young people from illegally immigrating into this country. If anything, it does the opposite. This act allows illegal immigrants to have more leverage than legal immigrants.We cannot encourage foreign people to try and break our own laws. It takes classroom space and jobs away from our own citizens. The Dream Act must be repealed at once.
