The number one priority of the whitehouse is to keep our border secure and safe. Keep the border opened up for those who come legally. Repeal the dream act and stop giving amnesty to a many illegal immigrants who are breaking the law. If they get caught tell them they must go back and get a passport and go through customs. If an arrest is necessary then do through due process of law with a fast, fair, and speedy trail but no amnesty for illegals. If a child is born in the US but raised by illegal immigrants then they are automatically citizens and won't count against them only the from the other side of the border who intrude on our side without proper identification.
