Repeal electoral college To repeal electoral college and have the presidential election decided by the popular vote.

Created by J.L. on November 13, 2012

To repeal the electoral college and have the office of president decided by popular vote exclusively.
There have been questionable results in past elections where the popular vote and the electoral college did not match example: Bush and Gore 2004. Each state has a certain amount of electoral votes based on population. However, the popular vote would exclude any manipulation of the electoral college if the electoral college did not exist.
Therefore, the popular vote of each person would count equally throughout the United States.
