The inability of the current members of the Executive Branch of our government and the Congress to come to terms on a solution to the fiscal cliff does not warrant rewarding any of these individuals with a raise.
Therefore, I propose that the current Executive Order signed by President Obama on Thursday, 12/27/12 to give Vice President Biden, members of Congress, and federal workers a raise should be repealed.
Middle-class Amercians cannot take any more bullshit from our elected officials, and we have had enough!
"We the People" should be the ones who vote on whether or not our government officials receive raises, because just in case they have forgotten, THEY WORK FOR US!!
