People do not choose to start smoking because of the flavoring added to Tobacco. They start smoking because they think it is cool. It is absolutely ridiculous to outlaw flavoring of Tobacco.
Why is flavored alcohol still legal? Why is flavored beer still legal? If people so choose to harm themselves by consuming products that contain chemicals known to harm the human body, than let them do so. It is not the Federal governments job to regulate what we consume. It is not the Federal governments job to keep us healthy. That is our job as responsible adults. If we choose to consume harmful products than WE AS ADULTS are responsible for any negative health consequences we incur.
