FATCA goes into full effect in less than a month, limiting financial opportunities for American Citizens to do business overseas because of onerous and unreasonable IRS requirements implemented in the law.
FATCA, in it's partially implemented form has already cut American Citizens out of investment opportunities overseas, and severely limited where Americans can bank and do business outside American shores.
This law causes undue stress on a struggling economy, and it hurts everyone. Repealing it will create new jobs here at home, and make Americans richer around the world.
It's time to start empowering every American to be a highly productive American, by giving him the power to do business globally. Please repeal this horrifying, unfair law.
