We the people petition our government to repeal the FDA's decision to allow over the counter access of Plan B (the morning after pill) to persons as young as 15 years of age.
We believe this decision by the FDA infringes on the rights of parents to make decisions on medical care for their children.
We feel this decision has dire consequences to the health and well being of persons who are not in a capacity to make these types of decisions for themselves.
