The FDA has placed unjust restrictions on Premium Cigars and extreme cost prohibitive testing. They link Premium Cigars with "gas station" flavored cigars, and e-vapor products. One thing that the FDA cited is restriction of sale to minors linking Premium Cigars to the flavored ones and e-vapor products. Premium Cigars are never marketed to minors and have very little advertising at all... mostly in Cigar magazines. As far as the cost prohibitive testing there are thousands of different cigars out there and new ones every year. This will be IMPOSSIBLE for the FDA to process in deeming any cigar "the equivalent or close to" any pre 2007 cigar. This testing will run many small producers out of business. Also the ban on donations from companies "especially to the troops" and free samples etc.
