Allow states to re-institute their laws to place the severely mentally ill into asylums. The US Department of Justice forced the shut down of Central State Hospital in Milledgeville, GA, ending 700 jobs and releasing severely mentally ill persons to their own demise. Allowing institutions to return would provide a safer place for all Americans by taking violent severely mentally ill people off the street. Also for the US Department of Justice to return the monies the federal government fined the State of Georgia for keeping Central State Hospital open longer than federal law mandated.
