Repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913

Created by A.P. on February 13, 2013

The U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, grants Congress the power "To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures"

It does not give Congress the ability to give this power to a private entity.

The Federal Reserve System is the central banking system in the United States, but is not owned by the government. While it may be a government agency, it is owned by private companies. This is unconstitutional. This is wrong.

We, the people of this glorious nation, petition to repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
