It is in the best interest of this nation and the citizens thereof to repeal the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999, thus reinstating the Glass-Steagall Act-imposed regulations of the US financial sector, and to repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, which has illegally and unconstitutional transferred the power of Congress to create and regulate US currency to privately owned banks independent of the Treasury and Government in general.
Furthermore, these requests are made to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to restore economic control from the private sector to the trust of the United States Congress, as is written in Article 1 – Section 8 of the US Constitution.
