Repeal the Feres Doctrine

The Feres Doctrine gives the military leaders the opportunity to abuse/bully/ discriminate against Soldiers. Courts are reluctant to take action against leaders wrong doing because of this doctrine. I am asking for a change to this doctrine to protect Service members and provide them with outside counsel to fight leaders who abuse their power. Leaders who abuse their power need to be held accountable, especially when you have proof that they abused their power.
