Repeal the firearm owners protection act of 1986 and strengthen gun RIGHTS

Created by C.S. on October 17, 2013

Repeal the 1986 firearms owners protection act limiting the sale of title II and class 3 weapons under the NFA. Since it is legal for civilians to own automatic weapons under the NFA it would be fitting to eliminate the small pool of available firearms prior to 1986 and allow sales of new firearm designs created after 1986 to general public that is able to purchase arms under the NFA.
