Repeal or rewrite FISA and other laws to bring into public domain the "secret" interpretation of such laws. Include oversight and abide by the constitution and not trample in the name of security. Make public and allow the content and telecommunications companies to publish the data publicly without having to get permission from the government per the "NSL(s)". Remove and delete data about Americans electronic data verified by an independent third party.
