Stated in the first amendment it is our god given right to have freedom of speech in this mighty nation. The Food Libel Laws break our god given right to freedom of speech by allowing companies in the food industry to sue anyone who speaks out against a food product. That is not right, the government is controlled by people of the food industry, they make these laws because they're paid to do so, they're paid by the food industry to rid of a human right! Speaking of your opinion of food is like any other thing, if it was for a different type of product why would the results not be the same, if someone says something bad about a product the company would loose money. Same in the food industry but because of the Food Libel Law you can be sued. Repeal the Food Libel law. Freedom of speech!
