The former presidents of the United States of America, under the Former Presidents Acts, recieve an office complete with staff, secret service protection, transportation funds, and a pension, all on tax-payer money. In addition, the current president recieves an annual $19,000 entertainment fund.
We the undersigned call for a full repeal of the Former Presidents Act. Also we call for the abolition of the presidential entertainment fund. We believe these provided benifits to be wasteful and unnecessary.
