For some time, now, the National Security Agency has been met with much scrutiny due to its actions in service of the American people.
In the process of making our country safer for everyone, the NSA has, unfortunately, recorded information concerning individual innocent citizens. This, combined with the Obama Administration hiding this fact, has caused many Americans to believe that their government is spying on them illegally.
The logic behind this "spying" being illegal is due to the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, which prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.
I propose that we simply repeal the Fourth Amendment, so that the NSA can do its duty to our country without being scrutinized.
