"A Well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, , the right of the People to keep and Bear arms Shall Not Be Infringed."
The Second Amendment of the Constitution guarantees the right of all citizens the right to keep and bear arms. However, this inalieable right is currently under seige. The Gun Control Act makes possession of certain weapons without government permission a felony. The ATF is the governing authority to which citizens must answer to in order to bear these arms. Certain states also place arbitrary standards upon the rights of their citizens, including what arms they can own (often based on only appearance), and where they may bear them. These laws and governing bodies are unconstitutional, and have no place in our country.
