HB815 and HB1263 in the Illinois Legislature are in direct violation of the second amendment rights afforded to us under the Constitution of the United States of America, this is not open to elected official's interpretation but rather is a constitutional right. These bills need to be immediately put to rest and if passed should be immediately repealed.
