The Health Care for America Plan violates our constitution as a whole. Our government should not be allowed to violate the constitution and impose financial penalties upon us for not purchasing a product. In addition "Obamacare" will make it impossible for many businesses with 50+ employees to continue to grow due to unnecessary penalties for not providing their employees with healthcare. Employers should not be forced to provide this service as they are the ones who stimulate this economy by providing jobs. Health insurance is a benefit to those who work hard for their businesses, it is not a hand out. Allowing "Obamacare" grants additional power to the government by allowing them to dictate our free right to purchase or NOT to purchase healthcare.
