In the nature of politicking rather than problem solving, there are several hidden provisions restricting the hand of the Alcahol Tobacco & Firearms agency from enforcing federal law. Hidden provisions labeled as such because they aren't remotely relative to the primary purpose of the laws passed in the bills. Ex. ATF cannot require a gun dealer to keep an inventory/registry. ATF cannot require a dealer to refuse sale of firearms to an inebriated patron. This is unreasonable, and should be corrected.
