The house has passed a bill in Florida banning the sale of pipes and water pipes. This is a foolish decision in the face of a bad economy. It takes away the tax revenue created by these businesses. It will ruin the livelihood of those shop owners that keep their noses clean and obey the law. This bill infringes upon our human rights by not allowing Floridians to say what is being used for drugs and what isn't.
