This is not about surveillance, this is about control. The bill passed earlier this year utilizes $74 billion of taxpayer money to fly over 30,000 drones by 2020. These could easily be weaponized to eliminate anyone the government or police force sees as a "terrorist threat" on DOMESTIC soil. This isn't Afghanistan or Iraq. This isn't Russia or China. Imagine the public outcry if a M1 Abrams tank was rolling down Route 101 or I-95 for "surveillance" purposes.
Stop wasting billions of taxpayer money to control and start helping those with mental health needs. You want to stop school shootings and the violence in America? Invest in helping those who need counseling and mental therapy and stop the domestic spying.
Please stop turning the United States into a police state.
