Repeal HR 347 on the basis that it violates the 1st Amendment by abridging the peoples right to the freedom of speech, and the right of the people to peaceably assemble.
Also violated is the 8th Amendment which states that excessive fines are not to be imposed, nor cruel or unusual punishment inflicted, in this case, by being charged with a felony and facing up to 1 year of imprisonment.
