Repeal HR 347 (Law to limit freedom of speech by Secret Service as they deem it necessary).

Created by M.F. on January 19, 2013

HR 347 needs to be repealed and/or amended to allow for protestations when orderly and nonviolent of the government by citizens. The wording:

(2). knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the
orderly conduct of Government business or official functions,
engages in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such
proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so
that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly
conduct of Government business or official functions;

would allow protestors and anyone speaking negatively to be punished by our government as a felony charge with up to a 10 year imprisonment and fines.
