Repeal the HR 347 "Trespass Bill" & Protect Our Right to Peaceably Assemble & Protest

Created by H.B. on July 29, 2013

In the recent passing of HR 347, which ostensibly was passed to protect persons under the protection of the Secret Service, has instead attacked the First Amendment rights of Americans to peaceably assemble by criminalizing gathering in the presence of such persons, even if the so-called "trespassers" have no knowledge of such a person being present. This bill is far-reaching and in direct violation of constitutional guarantees in our democracy and should immediately be repealed.
