We the people hereby declare H.R.347 to be in direct violation of our rights to freedom of speech. We urge the nullification of this infringement on our first amendment with great sincerity. It is undeniably absurd to make honest citizens face felony charges for speaking their minds anywhere unless slanderous. If a protestor harasses someone, there is already a law set in place for those circumstances. There should be no "No Free Speech Zones" anywhere within American borders.
