We the people petition the Obama Administration, Congress, and the United States Supreme Court to overturn and repeal the Hughes Amendment to the 1986 Firearm Owner's Protection Act aka the Machine Gun Ban which stopped the sale of brand new manufactured fully automatic firearms aka Machine Guns to legal law abiding citizens. The ban should be repealed because it is unconstitutional and everyone who is a legal law abiding citizen of this nation should have the right to choose to own a fully automatic firearm for his or her protection, the protection of their homes, communities, cities, counties, states, and the defense of this nation. We the people should have the right to choose to own whatever firearms we want for our own protection and the defense of this nation.
