This pettiton will make new fully automatic firearms legal to manufacter and sell to civilians. civilians can all ready get fully automatic firearms but they have to be made before 1986. this petition will allow civilians to get brand new fully automatic firearms. instead of having to look for old machine guns that could be a hazard to people.
