Repeal the indefinite detainment provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act of the fiscal year 2012

Created by F.Q. on November 27, 2012

We the people find that the indefinite detainment without trial should be declared unconstitutional. That the right to a trial is not negotiable, as it is a basic human right and should be provided to every human.

Because peaceful protest can be considered a terrorist act, and because our basic rights as described in the first ten amendments of our constitution, including our freedom of speech, can now legally be construed and be used against the very people the government is supposed to serve.

For this we the people petition that our government hear our voice and repeal the mentioned provisions.
